Using Google Moon, have the students look at sites #14, #15 and #16. These are all different perspectives of the moon.The picture at the left is the home page of Google Moon. Direct the students to the different site locations so that they can see what the moon looks like.
Have the students observe each site location and notice the features of the surface of the moon. Have them comment on the differences that they see. After they have looked at these 3 sites, they can look around Google Moon to see what other interesting facts they can find.



Using Google Moon as a technological approach to teaching science with bring insight and interest into learning. Through this activity, students will be able to explore outer space without even having to leave their seats!
